After 5 failed log in attempts, we will lock your account. We do this to prevent people from gaining access to someone elses account. Email us (), we can release your account, so you can log in. Allow a couple days for us to release the account.
We will email you when your account becomes locked, but we won't necessarily tell you on the web site if you try to log in. That's because we don't want to make it easy to get access if you're not supposed to have access.
